Bredon morning class


Classes:-

Regular classes every Monday except Bank Holidays
Monday 9.30am – 10.45am
Monday 6.45pm – 8.00pm

Classes include a warm up, dynamic, flowing sequences and a 15 minute relaxation to finish.  Both classes are suitable for beginners and experienced people.

Cost:  £7 drop in (trial) and then £70 for a 10 week block.
