To book ON-LINE, look at the ‘Hallmaster’ booking schedule below. You need to be registered to book. To do that, navigate to the day you want to book and ensure that the one of the halls you want is still available.
Click on the ‘+’ (plus) sign of that hall, for that day. You will then be taken into a signing up process. If you already have a Login, press the ‘Customer Login’ button. Enter your next booking dates and time. You can book future recurring dates here too (e.g the next 10 weeks at the same time)
Creating your on-line Booking
Bookings are for a minimum of 1 hour, there after in quarter hour slots. You MUST allow enough time for setting up and cleaning up in your booking time, as we do have back to back bookings.
Select which halls you wish to book. If you wish to book the whole venue (All Halls) then you must press ‘+’ sign of the box of each hall, one by one. (If any of the boxes show existing bookings then please contact our Hall Manager for further help. Your booking is important to us and may still be accomodated, despite any existing bookings) Normally the Kitchen is freely available to all users for making tea, coffee etc. You MUST add a note to the ‘Special Requirements’ box if you require exclusive use of the Kitchen, (it then becomes chargeable) or you can discuss usage with the Hall Manager. (01684 772761).
Privacy setting
If you select ‘Public‘ then others can see your name, email address and phone number. Alternatively, if you wish to keep your details hidden, whether you book ‘Public’ or ‘Private’ any information you enter in the ‘Description Box’ is available for others to view.
All bookings are made at a request level, the Admin Team will confirm you booking ASAP. You will receive an email from the Hallmaster system confirming your booking. If you do not see it in your email ‘INBOX’ it may have gone into your ‘JUNK’ or ‘SPAM’ so please ensure that the Hallmaster email address (noreply@hallmaster.co.uk) is added to your address book.
