Regular User – For regular weekly users, the normal hire charges are discounted.
Occasional User – Any other one off or non regular event.

Remember when booking, that the hall will only be available to you for the time booked, so if you need time to set up or clear away you will have to include this time in your booking as the next booking will require immediate access.
If you are making a regular booking with multiple dates (e.g 10 weeks, every Tuesday), there will be an opportunity (only at the time of making the booking) to cancel any of those particular dates (e.g Half term Holiday). If you want to cancel a date(s) after booking, then you will have to ask Village Hall Manager to make these changes for you.
